This looks like the biggest pile of crap EVER. I get irritated just watching the commercial. And the name sucks. Viewtiful Joe?

It actually plays as a pretty good platformer. You should give it a try kris if you miss the days of good old fashion platforming.

That's what I was going to ask. If it is a good game. Maybe I'll try it out if there's nothing else to rent.

Viewtiful Joe is a fine game indeed, a very hard game too. It continually kicks my ass!

It's nice to see a few people fall for my little prank (Tony Montana and Kris Hodgson). I drew the pictures seperately, then merged 'em all together using an art program.

Maybe I shoulda made the screenshot smaller, I bet more people would've fell for it then.

The Sequel to Viewtiful Joe is Out as of Right Now. I for one liked the first one, but didnt think it was as good as everyone believed it to be. The mechanics and characters were very snazzy though. Dante was a very nice addition to the Ps2 version. I think the game needs more battles and puzzles though, and automatic save, I mean come on i couldnt save between the last 3 bosses(3 bosses!). Better voice acting would be nice, but I undersatnd how the cheesyn line and stuff play in to the feel of the game.

Anyone know how its been rated yet?

the PS2 version isnt a sequel...its the same game...just with a PS2 secret charactor

The Second game was just released as of today. Viewtiful Joe 2, for both the Ps2 and the GameCube. Though I dont think dante has anything to do with the second version...

Point is, both Systems now have both Games.
