time for you to buy some new CDs by some new bands.
that song was just another top 40 hit of the week but has been long forgotten by those of us who actually like music and listen to it on a regular basis.

Opinions aren't something that can be right or wrong, only facts can...You could consider something to be the great while I consider it terrible, thats what opinions are for, without them we would all be the same and like the same things, and that would be boring.

Bohemian Raphsody----greatest song ever though
Limp Biscuit has made Behind Blue Eyes far more depressing than the original by the Who. At least Roger Daltrey sang the song with authority.
I suggest all you kids who have never heard the original download it immediately. You'll appreciate it more.

People get the wrong impression of this song and think it's a good goodbye song and stuff - many people use it as a graduation song. The song really basically means "Hey - we went out, you broke up, and i'm glad we broke up because you suck, biatch! In the fizzo!"

i believe Cat's in the Cradle is a Harry Chapin song. I own a lot of Cat's compilations, and its not on any of them. I know if you search for that title on KaZaa or something, it says Cat Stevens as the artist, but that's just not right i don't think. i think people make that connection b/c of his name Cat.

You're right, "Cat's in the Cradle" is by Harry Chapin, not Cat Stevens.

Elliott Smith's "King's Crossing" is heavy and depressing, especially in the context of when it was released(almost the one year anniversary of his death/suicide). :(
Porcupine Tree - Collapse The Light Into Earth
Rush - The Pass
Two songs about suicide.
"Good Vibrations"-The Beach Boys
You need to think about the deeper meaning.
Nazareth - Love Hurts
REM - Everybody Hurts
Marillion - Now She'll Never Know
