Blondes vs. Brunettes (male and female)

This isn't a battle or anything but i was just interested to see which is more popular - and give answers with arguments (and examples;) ) not just which one you prefer.

Females - Blondes are more popular (tv, movies, music) but I just l o v e brunettes. I hate to get personal, but blondes are too easy. To this day, I've never hooked up or been in a relationship with a brunette. I find that both odd and disturbing.

Well said Cool_Blonde20. It really dosen't matter what color hair anyone has as long as they are a good person. I've seen hot and classy blondes brunettes and redheads. Bacing it purely on numbers there are more brunettes who are hot and classy... but there is also more ugly, stuck-up brunettes... there are simply more brunettes. For me redheads tend to stand out the most... mostly because there are so few of them, comparitively.

As a personnal preferance I tend to like natural blondes and redheads better. I've never dated, or not dated, someone solely baced on their hair color. That is a pretty pathetic thing to do.

added: I just wanted to add that it is more about everything a woman has not just her hair color. Her personality is alot more important that what she looks like.

As a natural blonde, dating has not been easy because naturally, most men prefer brunettes in this day and age. Not that it's the fault of men--most men are biologically programmed to seek out women with thick, dark hair. Perhaps that's the symbol of fertility and strength to men--I'll never really know.
My hair is on the thinner side, and as the daughter of two people with thick, dark hair, it's difficult for me to blend in. It is already evident with my blonde hair that I'm thin; with darker hair, a pale scalp would be all the more evident. I can't change what was given to me--but I don't think that my hair color alone makes me more or less attractive.
Brunettes have made a comeback in the media in recent years, but I've seen gorgeous women with all different hair colors. I think that the extremes--black and blonde hair--look best on both genders (though I am a little biased in my opinions). Hopefully once I head out to college, there will be more open-minded people who won't be so fixated on appearances.

I don't see why air needs to be a natural colour. I like the wacky colour people go with these days, Blue, Red and Pink.

Blondes often suffer from perception becoming reality. Dumb blonde is the stereotype and many blondes cave in to the pressure to fit in, so many intelligent blondes will act dumb. Being dumb is bad enough, but ACTING dumb is just annoying.

When hitting the dance floor, you can make a safe bet that the brunettes are much better dancers than the blondes. That has a lot to do with the deeper roots that brunettes have (Black, Indian, Latin, Middle Eastern, etc.).

I prefer a nice NATURAL butter pecan skin type, so that is definitely a brunette thing. You can find a few blondes like that, but most are baked tans. Baked tan women (tanning bed/or baking in the sun constantly) will eventually look like they are 50 when they are only 30 years old. Women like this will definitely be cheated on later in life and it will probably be with a brunette!
