The CS! poster accused of stalking Alicia Silverstone earlier in the month filed a $2 million suit in U.S. District Court Monday against the city of Los Angeles for allegedly stripping him of his human dignity.


It's the second lawsuit filed by Jeff Stacky within a week; last Thursday he sued Silverstone for an unspecified amount, claiming that her security guards intimidated him and caused him "extreme emotional distress."


Stacky's latest suit stems from an October 2002 search of the Sunset Boulevard hotel room where he was staying at the time. He claims that police "coerced" him into allowing the search and seizure of some of his belongings, causing "loss of human dignity."


The outcome of the search led to Stacky's banishment from the United States, as he was seen as a perceived threat to Silverstone. The exile, he claims, limited his ability to work and caused him emotional distress.


Stacky said he's not sure exactly how much compensation he deserves, but believes it exceeds $2 million.


The emotionally distressed stalker has been a thorn in Silverstone's side for over a year now. In 2002, he began a feverish courtship of the former Batgirl, attempting to woo her with such lines as "you are now living inside my head" and "I'm chasing you."


He sent the winsome warbler hundreds of love letters and photographs via snail mail and fax, and had no qualms about picking up the phone to confess his love.


In December 2002, Stacky allegedly tried to break into Silverstone's Los Angeles residence, then tracked her cross-country to the Louisiana digs of her divorced parents, as well as to her New York abode.


A fed-up Silverstone sought a restraining order against her number one fan, but withdrew it in April 2003 after coming to an out-of-court agreement with Stacky that he would leave her alone.


But Stacky couldn't live up to his word, and resumed his bizarre courtship last month, sending Silverstone notes such as "there remains serious personal issues to be resolved [between us]."


Unsurprisingly, Silverstone disagreed that such a resolution was necessary. Despite Stacky's lawyer dismissing the situation as a "misunderstanding" between the movie star and an "avid fan," she headed back to court and succeeded in winning a permanent restraining order against her stalker.


Judge Alan Haber called Stacky's behavior "an obvious pattern of harassment and emotional harm," and ordered him to stay at least 300 yards from Silverstone, and not to contact her for three years.


Stacky has been cooling his heels in his hometown of Mission, British Columbia, since his visa expired last December.


Should Stacky's case against Los Angeles ever come to trial, it's unlikely he'll be there to testify--he remains on the federal "no-fly list," and can't enter the States.

Ok this is rude first of all.....my head isn't empty.

I want to talk to her, but I am not going to stalk her....I really don't think Alicia would mind just talking with me.

I go to school, I don't think about Alicia all the time, I think she is great tho. I make videos yes I do Rebecca, I want people to come out and see my newest film...it's going to be playing soon in Abbostford BC CANADA.

I think I like Alicia because she does act childish like me.
She is 27 too and acts like a kid...I am like that too, but I am mature is lots of ways I think, like going to University...and not acting too babyish.

Alicia was a hotter Batgirl but he costume stunk And the character was not true to the comics.
In the comics she is Commisioner Gordon's Daughter in that junk Alicia was Alfred's Niece.Crappy!!!
