View Full Version : Is Halo Over Rated?

I decided to start this thread because we were ruining a different thread. This is to ask for your honest opinion on Halo.

Personally, I think that it was one of the(if not the) most over rated games ever.

So the question must be asked, what do you think of Halo?

I think its one of the best Sci-Fi first person shooters with military style combat around. The way the computer enemies react to your actions, the ability to pick up and use their weapons and vehicles is very cool. Plus the freedom you have on the landscapes is incredible!

Also i think your poll is a little....Wrong..Maybe Yes it is over-rated or...No it isnt over-rated would have been better....

In my opinion it isn't over-rated... I just didn't think it was as good as everyone said it would be. You have to decide for yourself, the people that review it have their own opinion's and such, so the only person that can tell you what you like is you.

Not over rated IMO...One of the best games ever created...We can only hope the 2nd can shine as bright

Halo was a huge disapointment. I don't really care about the sequel since the first game wasn't too good.

I played it on X-Box (blasphmey and may Sony forgive me) and I wasn't to impressed

Which is why I believe Halo is going to really take off now its been ported to PC, which is the best platform for FPS games (except the N64, the control for that is perfect for FPS)

With all the freedom you have to customise how you interface and arrange controls on a PC, Halo will become everything its hype said it would be
