I want to start this petition... SLIPKNOT should be allowed back.

Our friend SLIPKNOT got banned for some reason, those I have talked said it was not his fault and he had nothing to do with what happen. I will admit I don't know the full details, but he is a good kid and I am inclined to believe in his innocence.


I would request that all of you pledge support in posting in this petition thread and try to convince our MODS to allow him back.

I wasn't aware he was banned, but honestly I'm not too suprised. If you look in the TT thread alone you can see some less than acceptable behavior in attitude and language. I don't think banning him is the best sollution, but like Jedi said, no one except him and whoever banned him know the reason why it happened.

2) Slipknot has in the past shown some innapropriate behavior. He's almost been banned a few times but we kept on giving him another chance.

3) That is until we found the ip addresses for the IHateIben, IdahoIsGay and Slipknot (as well as a few other names which aren't so bad) were all exactly identical. Hence he was banned.

Here's the story. Slipknot, DaverieIsOdd, and I are all good friends. The other day at school we were in computer animation class and decided to come to the boards. Slipknot signed in, as did Daverie. I didn't though. I instead created the s/n IHateIben. I created mainly because of the closing of a few of my threads. Obviously, that was a mistake. Not only because of Slipknot's banishment, but because clearly she's beloved around these forums.

Slipknot didn't make an s/n, but I started a few threads. You'll notice Daverie Is Odd supports me. He posted something along the lines of "Red-haired beast woman."

Later in the day, in the library, this time, I logged into the s/n I made when I first joined, DubiousJim. I noticed my thread was closed, and proceeded to start saying IHateIben needs another chance.

I got home later that day and saw that my two s/n's were banned. I wasn't really surprised, and went on with my business.

A day or two later, Slipknot registered the name IdahoMrGayMan (as a joke) at the high school. He made a few posts, I really didn't pay too much attention, as I don't know Idaho too well.

Yesterday Slipknot came home and saw his s/n had been banned. Then he found his IP to be banned. Today at school I came to CS! to see that the school's IP (at least the one for the router in the computer room) had also been banned.

What puzzles me is that they linked the two s/n's to Slipknot's home computer aswell. Unless they just banned both IP's. Also, I don't see why I wasn't banned.

I'm sure this post is gonna get me banned. That's up to the mods to decide. However, I just wanted to let everyone know that Slipknot is half guilty. I'm guilty too. Do I think we should get another chance? Yes. But, again, that's up to the mods.
