Well let me bring you up to speed. We found the bodies of Psychomike and JL Curtis today. Both were murdered. Then Psychomike's brother should up, Psychobill. A voice said "You have 3 days to live". Now whenever someone takes a picture of Kris, Me, Sparhawk, Iben, or Pixi it is horribly disfigured. So Sparhawk and me made duplicate copies for each of us. THEN, while Spiderman_2k was going potty an unknown assailant broke through the window shatter tons of pieces into Sp_2k who is now very injured and is sleeping on the couch over there..... [/B]

Across CryStal Lake the thick grey fog wraps the houses of the resort like a swirling blanket.

The streets are dark like the clotted arteries of a corpse.

Silence shrouds the house on Strode Close like the morning after for a young DeffMetal fan who's gone to his first concert and stood far too close to the speakers.

The low snoring of it's occupants can be heard like the purring of an adenoidal cat with a bad cold.

They sleep like....err...sleepy people.

Inside the house at Strode Close, something moves.

A shadow passes across the hallway, for a minute it looks like the silhouette of Gary Oldman wearing a bizarre hairdo shaped like a bottom, the next moment it resembles a cute lil bunny wabbit, then a dog howling at the moon....and finally a sinister shape holding an axe.

The figure stops at the foot of the stairs, pauses, and starts to ascend. The axe thuds against each step.

We see the silhouette appear at the top of the stairs. It pauses. Listening. Waiting. It sneezes.

*Muffled voice* "Bugger"

It freezes. No one stirs. It advances to the nearest bedroom door and listens, then it reaches for the handle with a black gloved hand and slowly opens the door.

Inside we see the shape of someone in a bed. The figure advances until it's standing over the bed.

We see CG124 asleep.

The shadow cast on the wall from CG124's My Little Pony™ night light shows the axe being raised.

CG124's eyes open. "Huh?"

The axe descends. Blood spatters over the My Little Pony™ night light casting dripping red shadows over the wall. The axe raises and descends again and again. The room turns red.

[CUT TO]: Close up on CG124's shocked face, eyes wide open, pull back to reveal his severed head held by the hair being carried out of the room. We cut back to the scene of his headless dismembered body on the bed, blood spurts from the stump of his neck like the Black Knight scene from Monty Python and the The Holy Grail.

Outside we can hear the toilet being flushed.

*Mufled voice* "Aww fer crissake, he's a floater." *More flushing* "C'mon you bastard, go down damnit!"

Camera pans up to the ceiling , where something's been spattered in blood:

It'll be a very cautious 'quick run' to K since the fog descended. There's currently a real 'pea-souper' over CryStal Lake which is keeping most people indoors. Guess you 'phased out' a little for a while? ;)

All players may still only move one location at a time at present unless they want to risk getting lost.

The fog should be lifting sometime later today, but until then, tread carefully.

*Sabin is treading carefully through the woods in, what he hopes is the direction of the beach. There's no sound except the tread of his feet and the crack of twigs.

Behind him, mixed with the crashing, he can now make out a deep and heavy breathing. He can almost feel the warmth of breath on his neck.

In front of him the fog shows a paler area - the beach! He makes one last dive for the 'safety' of the beach and lands face down in the sand as something large, dark and heavy leaps over him.

He looks up...

Southern goes into the kitchen to start fixin' up some grub. As she searches through the various cupboards and drawers looking for something she can cook she comes across a strange object. In the bottom of a junk drawer there is a small ivory cross on a string. It's obviously very old as it looks rather weathered and scratched but still it's strangely compelling. Putting it around her neck Southern suddenly feels more secure in her position here at CryStal Lake.

Effect: Lucky girl you've found one of the very few "Holy Relic" cards. You're safe for the day but the cross will be mysteriously lost this time tommorrow morning.

Unfortunately due to the fog instead of ending up at I you end up at C (the sailing club) (remember only 1 location at a time)

As Mike(bob) wanders through the fog trying to find his way to Cabin I he notices something strange. In the wet heavy scent of the fog there's something else. It almost smells like Sparhawk or Sabin is having a cigarette beside him but not quite. Suddenly Mike realises somethings burning. Looking in a panic through the fog to see if he's in immediate danger Mike finally sees that the source of the smoke is off to the NorthEast. The fire must be huge as it's actually brightening up the fog somewhat. Stunned Mike barely notices the hulking silhouette that heaves a gas can into the lake.

(I leave who decides to investigate further up to yous)

Effect: The starting location of the player is burnt down to the ground. All possesions within the building are lost. All people in the building must evacuate within 40 posts or be burnt to a crisp.

I agree. It's an odd key for a hardware store. But it's worth a try. Although I'm thinking that from the look of it, it's meant for more interesting things. Perhaps there is something to be found on Vorhees Island or in the old fair. But I'm not willing to check in this fog. Lets wait till it's over. I'm wondering why the killer burnt down the motel of all places. Unless he was trying to hide the evidence of PsychoMike's murder. What do you think Sabin?
