Anyone have any info on this film? The details have been very vague! Personally, I think this will be as bad as Dumb and Dumberer!

The following is taken from http://www.comicbookresources.com

"Son of the Mask" is the sequel to the surprise hit adaptation "The Mask" which featured a pre-superstardom Jim Carrey, a then-unknown Cameron Diaz and tons of inventive CGI effects.

Jamie Kennedy ("The Jamie Kennedy Experiment") has signed on to star in the sequel with Alan Cumming ("X2: X-Men United") slated to play the villainous Loki, originator of the mask.

It's unclear if Kennedy, who plays a struggling cartoonist and single father, will actually don the mask. Some reports indicate that his infant son may be the wearer in this one.

Richardson isn't telling. "The Mask [character] will appear in the movie," is all the Dark Horse chief would dish, "but there're some new surprising twists."

Richardson did tell us that Kennedy is in active talks with Dark Horse about another movie project, but again, the details are being kept under wraps.

The mask was one of those rolls that perfectly fit Jim Carrey, The film wasn't that good, but entertaining ? Yes, it was! Some people loose the essence of film. You're not supposed to be judgefull all the time. Sit down, relax, enjouy the movie

Don't judge until you have seen the movie for yourself, who knows Gigli could be one of those movies that could've ended up being a classic but because the critics slammed it no one went to see it. Over here Darkness Falls recieved 1/10 but I would personally give it 9/10 because I refused the critics comments and watched the movie
