Hey!! Here is a really cool pic of Frodo....

I wonder if it is from ROTK......

Is there anyone out there who may possibly know if this pic of Frodo is from ROTK or TTT EE...???

There are steps behind him.. Could be the steps near the Nazgul city.. Or maybe the beginning of Shelobs Lair? Only thing is: Frodo looks so.. clean!

Never seen that before, and it's a good quality pic (more like a publicity shot than a spy pic).

Off the top of my head I can only imagine it being from ROTK, and the entrance to the stairs that go through the mountains of shadow from the Morgul Vale.

Should be in the 'Spoiler pics' thread. :)

Nice pic, but I agree with adt100 on it being more likely to be a publicity shot

Just had a look around eleswhere and apparently it's in the Brain Sibley book about the making of the trilogy.

That being the case and given Frodo's appearance I'm 99.99% sure it's actually from Weathertop. The steps lead from that enclave where the hobbits lit their fire up, through the hill to the summit.

I think its in the same book that theres a very small picture of Arwen at Helms Deep.

Now that you mention it, adt100, it really does look like Weathertop...

Thats true, also... I dont think he is wearing his elven cloak, just his hobbit cloak so he more likely is at weathertop there

I found a 'publicity' shot of Frodo at Weathertop...

It's just a poplicitiy shot; notice his cape is the one he had before lothlorien so it can't be from ROTK

as i supported. it is his hobbit cloak, from hobbiton, or whereverhe got it from, but it was what he was wearing when he left hobbiton
