He is the only reviewer in 52 reviews for Gigli who said he loves gigli...and he goes on further indicating that the hit comedy pretty woman might have been better if there was same chemistry as J Lo and Ben...comingsoon has lost its reputation.

Do you really think that people have a problem with Jenifer Lopez? I'm not sure if you've noticed but she is kind of attractive if you squint a little. I wouldn't say no to a Jenifer Lopez movie just because she's in it. However, from everything everyone has been saying it sucks major ass. And it's obviously a chick flick.

OK. Basically all of the major (and even most of the minor) reviews of the movie The Dark Backward claim that is essentially a piece of crap, and yet I find it provocatively original and proufound (sorta).

Well i know it's one movie im refusing to see.... atleast until DVD. If there was a good naked J Lo booty shot, I might consider it.

It's just gotten the worst reviews this year and that's just a good sign to wait till it hits the shelves.

So? It's an opinion, and that shouldn't stop you from or start you to seeing a movie.

You know, Star Wars: A New Hope was torn apart by the press and reviewers when it initially came out, and yet, it became one of the highest grossing films of all time.

It's another one of those moments where I was quite confused reading the thread, and even more confused when it got to a post I made.

Despite the retarded bump, on the topic, I did eventually end up seeing it. It wasn't as bad as everyone was making it out to be, but it was definitly cheesy and not worth the time. It was memorably bad, but the fact that it was memorable at all makes it not the worst movie I've seen. However, I definitly wouldn't have rented it if it wasn't for the fact that it didn't cost me anything.

I agree with Frizzo. If you're gonna bump, even if there's no point to bumping it, do it with style instead of the boring ass 'yeah.' :rolleyes:

As far as the lone reviewer goes, there are Oscar winners that get bad reviews and Razzie recpients that get some good. That's just the way it is sometimes. I should know since I liked Howard the Duck when I was a little kid whenever HBO and Showtime played it in the 80s.
