I am so mad with MGM concerning the bond movies. The three volume collection is a great collection for a Bond fan but the thing is most bond fans have most of the flicks in them. My idea is sell them by the bond era's themselves. Sean Connery's movies would be Volume 1 as well as George Lazenbys'. Volume 2 would be Roger Moore's and Volume 3 would be Timothy Dalton and Volume 4 would be Pierce Brosnan. The reason I brought t his up is I own all of Pierce Brosnan's Bond flicks and am planning to acquire the remaining bonds but would like to do so by the era of Bond films. I would love to get a hold of a mass number of Bond films instead of 1 or 2 at a time but I won't buy the volumes MGM is selling because they mix the Brosnan films in with the older Bond films. So you see what's the point of buying the volumes if you own 1 of the owns in the pack offered. MGM should release the flicks by the era of Bond not mix them up. Until they do it the way I like I will never buy the volume sets ever heck by the time MGM gets around to it I will already own all of the Bond films they made.

i think that means Never Say Never Again (1983). thats a Sean Connery Bond flick directed by Irvin Kershner (The Empire Strikes Back). It was not a Albert/Barbara Broccolli production and even though it was Bond-based. so mgm dosent count it as one of their bond flicks. its kinda a Thunderball-based sequel, and was only conjoured up to get Connery back in action one more time. pretty good flick though. IMO

Your right that it doesn't count as one of the Bond films, but one key person you left out was Kevin McClory, who had the rights to Thunderball and basically constructed this remake. One thing that is an error that needs correcting is that it is a pretty good flick. jk.

well, MGM puts them out in that order because they want to please everybody, i mean this way if you only have money for 1 set, then you get a variety of bond films, instead of only connery or only moore films
also, don't get your panties in a bunch because you will be able to buy all of the titles seperatley

I like Bond movies but there's no chance in hell that I would pay £200 for the set
