Since I First Joined This Message Board I Have Seen An Incredible Passion To ALL Of You About The Lord Of The Rings !!! I Know I Am A New One In This Message Board But I Kind Of Feel Like We Have Something In Common.Our Passion For LOTR. I Was Wondering Today How Many Times I Have Seen The Fellowship Of The Ring Movie So Far.With Short Calculations I Count About 30 Times,And About 10 Times The Two Towers.

So The Question I Do To You Is How Many Times YOU Have Seen The Movies ? (just qurious):)

(I Just Wanted To See If I Am Crazy Looking At It So Many Times)

You're not crazy :) I'm a major LOTR fan, Tolkein is my favourite author, Two Towers is my favourite book, I collect just about all the action figures, posters, merchandice etc and the movies are fantastic. As some people know, I work in the cinemas (Get to see movies for free), I've seen Fellowship of the Ring 24 times in the movies and about 50 or so times on DVD. As for Two Towers, about 30 times in the cinema, and when I get the DVD i'll be watching it A LOT...

Meh, it's one of my favorite movies of all-time, PLUS I have a lot of younger cousins who love those movies. So everytime I have to watch them they always ask "PLAY LORD OF THE RINGS". So I stick around and watch the movie with them........

I saw FOTR 3 times in the theater, and 23 times on dvd.
I saw TTT 3 times on the same day(i saw the midnight showing on Tuesday which is really Wednesday morning, then I saw the 2 o'clock show that day and then I went back again to see it at 7 o'clock at night) by the time the night was over I had the biggest headache in the world, but i love the film so much.) Then later on I saw again 3 more time. So in total 6 times in the theater.
I can't wait to get the dvd!!!

i saw FOTR 2 times in theaters and 12 times (7 times was the EE)on dvd = 14 times
i saw TTT 3 times in theaters and 5 times on my pirate dvd (good quality but no extras...lol) = 8 times ..
i am gonna watch it so much more with the real dvd ...

cant wait to have the three EE and watchem in a row !!! :)

I already have TTT on DVD. Have had it since April. Can't tell you where or how. Its not the extended and its on 2 discs. So my girl, who is the major fan in the relationship, and I have watched it oh, 20-25 times. Fellowship, 20 or so times. With actor commentary three times.
