Stahl signs for 4 AND 5

How long can they keep this movie franchise goin is my question i hope 4 and 5 are as good as 1,2 and 3, but iono if it can last in the box office, but only time will tell.

Cameron made it what it is but T3 did fine without him....
Arnie is the "figurehead" of the franchise....But i dont see a way of placing him into it....Only if it is a cameo role.

i agree he should be in it for a little bit, but he shouldn't be the focus point of the movie, they should show when they capture him and send him back for T2

Signing for them does not mean it will be made...If in the event of the films being made he is under obligation to return to the role...If it isnt made the contract is void..

T3 unfortunatley still hasnt made back the money it cost to make...But is has yet to be released in the UK..plus DVD sales...

Not exactly sure what you are thinking about here in this comment. Arnold is a billionaire as a matter of fact. Not to mention Planet Hollywood which makes him some serious cash as well as the fact that he is Married to a Kennedy relative. Arnold could never make a movie again and die a very rich man. Maybe you are eluding to his political contributions taxing his wallet. I don't think he even notices a dent in the budget personally.

Also Winston says there are talks of a T4...which is a positive sign...I think T3 going to do very well in the UK....The 1:20pm Preview was packed full....Then the next day at the same showing it was almost as full....

My bad. I see what you are saying, and I would have to agree that Arnold makes the Terminator movies what they are. Without him, say goodbye to box office numbers.


I for one personally liked T3, mainly because I didn't go into it with any expectations, just wanted some good action, and I got it and then some. I am pretty sure that there will be a T4, mainly because I think this film will crest the $170 million mark with overseas sales and DVD. I don't know that they will give it such a huge budget next time, I bet they cut it to around $100-$120 million instead of the astronomical $170 that they had for this one. We'll see though. I will go into the next one the same as this one, with low expectations hoping to be pleasantly surprised.
