seen it twice in the theatres. they did a "test run" here in austin and in fresno, california. great movie. very eerie.
i guarantee that the children & the broken glass scene will haunt audiences forever. the rest of the movie is morbid and disturbing as well but very well done.

yeah, angela bettis has her moments, just not very often.
and anna feris has mnimal lesbian action in the film though she just looks amazing in every scene she occupies.

this movie is hit-or-miss. i am willing to bet people will either love it or hate it. i loved it enough to take more people with me the second time i saw it and they all loved it too.

the soundtrack is incredible. i hope they don't change it one bit.

and i will say this. angela bettis' acting is phenomenal. despite her psychotic tendencies you really do just feel for her and feel sorry for her. it was such a tragic story.

i am interested, though, to see if they edit anything in or out of the movie.

I've heard of this one..........sounds intriguing, and sort of creepy. I'd see this one.

I don't really like Angela Bettis though (she was also in the CARRIE remake on tv) she was good in that though.

at the heart of this movie is a sweet, innocent love story and it just goes ... all wrong.
there is also a short movie within the movie that is one of the more bizarre things i have seen. kind of gross. you'll see.

this movie is a cross between amelie and frankenstein though May is much less vibrant than Amelie.
