It is not just 10minutes, it actually goes a little over 12 minutes, it has some interviews interlaced with behind the scenes footage and some real footage.

The EE version of TTT comes out on November 18th.

It's gonna be a killer waiting that long. I don't bother with getting both editions because the EE is nothing but the theatrical version wih extra footage and it doesn't makes sense, IMO, to get both.

Aye and TBH I was worrying about not having the 12min preview of ROTK but that can easly be downloaded of the net when TTT comes out.

Though you got to give it to New line, if it wasn't for the previews of the followups then I doubt they would have got as much as they did in sales from the Dvd.

I know I got FOTR just for the 10min preview :D

Much like the Frodo TTT teaser, and therefore not unexpected, but having seen the Aragorn on horseback picked, I'm a little underwhelmed. I pretty much expect we'll get flosting heads for the final poster, so will we ever get to see an official poster of what has been by far the best LOTR pic of all 3 films!?!

It's decent enough for a Teaser. As has been hinted/confirmed we'll likely get a number of 'character' teasers for ROTK like TTT.

In terms of official pics, I expect they will be the very last shots to emerge.

Actually that scene is in the two towers. It is shown at the tail end after Gollum says the final line of the film, "follow me..." The camera pans up to show Mordor and that image is the one that is shown.

I've had a quick look around the net, and that pic is not available in poster form anywhere, (only as part of the calendar).

I think I read somewhere that someone outside the UK had the pic as a poster from another magazine, so I imagine there must be film magazines in your country that have or will do the poster at some time. You'll just have to look around.

Quick question, on the Pelennor Fields will it just be Orcs? Or Uruk-hai or something (Doubt it though becaus of the Ent attack) because to be honest, I think a battle against just normal Orcs would suck as I see them as weak

Dogbert, I was checking out trailers on the FOTR Theatrical only the other day to see what footage from teasers and such was actually ROTK stuff. Looking at the 4 individually:

1. I'm fairly sure that's just some footage that was cut from FOTR of Elves in the woods.

2. That's Merry pledging his sword at Edoras after Helm's Deep (in ROTK)

3. There are 2 shots simlar to this that show massive 'MASSIVE' armies marching across the hills. The second one is more in daylight (before digi grading), and is appears a more organised march. They bear the eye of Sauron banner, and therefore I'm sure that they are actually ROTK, not TTT.

The other pic I speak of is obviously the enemy marching to Minas Tirith for TSOG/BOTPF, but the 3rd pic here i'm not sure. It looks like inside Mordor, and I can only assume it's maybe the scuffle that occurs at then end of 'The Land of Shadow' chapter, where the armies of Sauron converge towards the Black Gates. Seems a bit big for that scene, but you know PJ.

Having said that, MASSIVE has been in development across the 3 movies, and it seems strange that so early on that would be complete footage. It may have just been 'test' footage of the s/w, perhaps shown in Cannes? Jedi might know...

I am new in this forum, so excuse my butting in, but adt100, i live in NZ, but there was the occassional bit of news coverage that i remember about the movies, and i even think that PJ gave them some old footage, which he certainly DID do for Holmes (a NZ show which discusses current affairs after the news). Just after production wrapped, the entire 30 min show was dedicated to LOTR (i think) and they had some blooper reels that they aired. I can give ya a description of one that has stuck in my mind sonce then if ya want

I think in that pic Arwen is dead, because she died in Lothlorien didnt she and they've added it to the film, it was never written in the books but in the Appendices and Aragorn dies in Gondor I beleive so, well there ya go, some pics and some info.

ROTK Game will be a lot like the first one, hack in slash. In addition though, you can use your surrounding enviroments (catapult) and it supports co-op play. There are also more characters and better graphics. The new additions to the game are Gandalf, Sam, Frodo, Gollum, and I believe Merry and Pippin though I'm not sure on the last two.

I didn't mind the hack and slash style, there was still some nice cinatics blending in with the 3D engine. And the added bonus of film materials is also a good idea, I cant wait TBH for the next one to come out :)
