Heres my two cents worth

Keanu Reeves as the new Batman (He looks it)

and

*drumroll*

Michael Keaton as Batman! Just dump him in the make-up chair and do what the conclusion of K-19 did to Harrison Ford... And he'll come out looking uh... 20 years older!

I thought Batman Beyond was put back on the shelf.

Reeves is too old as Terry, and for Bruce Wayne, I'd say Paul Newman(sp)

MysteryStar

Newman would be a cool Bruce Wayne.

Keanu is to old to play Terry

Here's a choice that I've come up with for Terry McGinnis/Batman...

http://i.imdb.com/Photos/Events/0326-sta/keegana1.dre

ANDREW KEEGAN

He was featured in the movie "O".

My suggestion would be Mario Lopez

plus, how can they cast Mario? doesn't even look like a Batman type..

unlike Michael Keaton, Val Kilmer, etc..

Terry: Jesse Bradford

Bruce: Michael Keaton

Brilliant casting, if I may say so myself.

Leave it to the creator of the thread to say this, but I personally hope to god that a Batman Beyond live action movie never gets made... I mean its just sacrilegious!

But if it does get made, I'll quote Remy in saying that

"Terry: Jesse Bradford

Bruce: Michael Keaton"

Is a brilliant choice!

I got something that should make everyone laugh their pants off. I heard that Leonardo DiCaprio is trying to get himself into a superhero movie. I know James Cameron wanted him to play Spider-Man/Peter Parker. He was interviewed on T.V., I can't remember when, and asked what he would like to do in the future. He said he love to do a Batman movie or even play Superman or be in the next X-Men movie. Right after I saw this I couldn't stop laughing.

I think Katie Holmes or Natalie Portman would be a cool Dana

I heard way back (a very very long time ago) when Boaz Yakin was supposed to direct this, that Kip Pardue (Remember the Titans, Driven) was the first choice to play Terry in the "Batman Beyond" movie.

it would be cool if they get Al Pacino to play the Bruce Wayne

Since it's back from the dead, my choice would be Will Friedle of boy meets world. Color his hair and make him run some laps and he should be a good Terry. I also picked him cause he already does the voice for terry in the animated series.

I like the idea of making Michael Keaton look like an older Batman. Paul Newman is also a good casting job. I think Tom Welling looks like Terry but i dont think he would do it. I saw a fan poster once that casted Ahston Kutcher. I think that might work. I think he proved to be good at dramatics in The Butterfly Effect and Batman Beyond is quite the jokster kinda like Spidey exept lower in degree.

Tom Welling(from smallville) might be okay as terry, he could probably pull it off, and I think Sean Connery could probably pull off Bruce.

I know this wouldn't fly,but I've always thought that Terry from the cartoon looks alot like Leo Dicaprio.

Shane west or Joshua Jackson as Terry

Clint Eastwood would make a kick-ass Bruce Wayne. He even sounds like kevin Conroys version.

I would love to see the wachoskis direct this but with studio bosses they'll never let it happen cos they're so uncreative

They should get Joss Whedon to direct this. The Wachoski Brothers would be great but I doubt they would dip in the this franchise. I think unlike the other batman movies this is one that could do well and get a sequel out of it or it can bomb really bad like Catwoman. Why dont they get the same guy that did the voice of Terry in the cartoon series. Will Friedle. That guy may have been goofy in Boy meets World he could do well in this role and hell it may help him transition as a serious actor.

Ooooooooo Joss could to very well here.....but honestly this isn't going (or at least it shouldn't) happen for a while. With The Dark Knight coming up, we don't need to over saturate the market.

Though maybe in 20 years heh....I realy liked this series. It could have been hokey but they made it really creative and clever. I wouldn't mind seeing a more substancial comics series out of it. Or another animated movie. Return of the Joker was great.

Freidle is a little old these days to play Terry.

For kicks I would still say Shane West or maybe Milo Ventimiglia(even he's a little older too)...
