I bought Kieslowski's Three Colors Trilogy (Red, White, Blue). All of them are loaded with special features, commentaries, short films, interviews, etc. All for $40, and a nice box. I'm almost positive that if the films had been sold separately, they would have been about $25 each. All 3 would amount to $75. So, I estimate I saved $35. Hopefully Decalogue will be that cheap when they release it.

BTW, thanks for the encouragement, pixi. If I was able to have that done, I don't know when it would be or how we would pay for it. I also wonder what I'd do between the period of the surgeries with my glasses. Heh, so many questions right now. I'll probably find something out when I go back to the eye doctor in Charlotte this May.

When my uncle had lasik, he was able to walk out the same day with corrected vision in both eyes.

I don't know if his was a special case or anything, but at least there's a chance you could do the same

I haven't heard much yet because I only got to read some information in the doctor's office. I'm definitely going to ask them if there's a chance I could get them both done in one day because it would be hard to get my dad to drive me to and from Charlotte (roughly 2.5 hours one way, dependant on traffic of course) twice that quick. Besides, I don't know my way around Charlotte that well, especially if I just had that done to me, I doubt they'd let me drive anyway! Right now, I just don't trust my vision enough to drive around here, let alone a big city like Charlotte.
