Remember when I told you guys that I was running in a student election? The voting was yesterday and Tuesday, and they announced the results yesterday after school.

Well, I won. Starting September I'm going to be my school's Sophomore class Treasurer.

It's totally cool that most of my peers wanted me to win. I will have to do a lot of work next year, but oh well.

On another note, not only has the election ended, but track and field season ends tomorrow so I'll finally be able to arrive home at 2:40 instead of 6:30 or 5:30, so you'll be seeing more of me in the next couple months.

What's on my mind?
Three things at the moment. Firstly, I'd really like to know what happened with LOTR going off like he did. Sounds like I missed a bit of fun in my absence. I always thought the guy was a harmless idiot - when I heard he'd gone on the rampage, I was a tad surprised. He used the "N-word", so bbf2 tells me? By that I undestand the racist N-word? If so, burning the little turd wouldn't be enough. Anyone wanna tell me the whole story?
Secondly, I've been thinking how long it's been since I've been here regularly. I used to jump on briefly every day if I could at work, but since I got promoted, I actually have to set a good example and do some work (now I know why they call it "work"). I can't believe how many new names (with like, 500 posts already) there are.
And thirdly, I'm thinking I'm a bit pissed at the moment. Tomorrow's my birthday and due to my selfish prick of a brother screwing me around, I have to spend it moving furniture. What could have been done three weeks ago now has to be done tomorrow, so I've had to cancel all my plans and spend the day driving all over Melbourne to pick up my lounge suite. It could wait, but myself and my girlfriend tossed our ****ty old couch the night before it was supposed to happen last time, so for the past week I've had nothing to sit on in my lounge room. And my mother's taking my brother's side, as usual.
Yes I know I'm whining like a little nancy boy, but it's my birthday, my girlfriends has decided to have a "girl's night" and I'm sitting home here sooking to you guys feeling like no one cares. Boo Hoo for li'l ol' me! :(
Other than that...can't wait for Spiderman, I guess...

how bad that tornado was this evening...my mom knew a guy that got killed cuz of it...and my friend has a grandma that had her house get hit and they hadn't found her yet...someone told my mom there was alot of little kids at the hospitals...I can't believe how bad this tornado was, it actually killed alot of ppl.... :( :confused:

The girl of my dreams is on my mind. The one I could never get finally kicked it in my arms all night this past weekend. She's the one girl who makes me lose my cool quicker than a scoop of rocky road in Satan's favorite waffle cone. And I didn't even see it coming (in all honesty, the odds were definitly against me)! What sucks is that now, I gotta play it cool, maintain my dignity, keep it quiet (we work together), and try to sober up (I drink waaaay to much). But damn, she's worth it, and it seems you are the only guys I can say something to (at the expense of sounding like a 7th grade beeyatch). So anyways... Wooohoo! I'm gonna crash now, goodnight.
