I am feeling pretty good today. It's a beautiful day, and I am in a grand mood. Overall I am pretty happy. I've been that way all week. I might have to go to the doctor to be checked out if this keeps up.;)

I was thinking how, if we took the time to really think about how thankful we should be for what we have, if you give thanks to God, luck, fate, or whatever; we would not have time to do anything else!

I got up out of my soft bed, and though probably almost legally blind, put on my glasses and walked into the kitchen, where a fresh pair of contact lenses was waiting. I tended to my sunburn I got while doing one of my favorite activities swimming (or trying to anyway! :p ). I wondered what the weather was gonna do, so I turned on the weather channel and was treated to a satellite view of the weather within minutes. Satisfied I had time before the rain would come, I ate a hearty breakfast cooked by my wonderful Grandmother, then went out and used my self-propelled lawn mower to cut the grass. After that, I jumped in our shower to clean off and cool down.

All that within the past 5 hours! It's easy to take stuff for granted, but I'm gonna start thanking God more often for what He has blessed me with! :cool:

I am with you guys too. Because we are really lucky. We all have a roof over our head and get to eat meals on a regular basis. We live in a country that allows us to say, think and believe what we want, and to be whoever we want to be. We have TV and movies to entertain. Computers to assist and waste time on. We have been given a lot. I try to remember that and not take it for granted, but when you are around it everyday it is easy to take everything we have for granted.
