In my opinion: the WWE screwed up royally when they fired all the Divas that can actually wrestle (Jazz, Gail Kim, and Nidia)!!!
Wait, when did we ever see Nidia wrestle? She was a quality character I'll give you that.

When Batista destroyed Hassan and Divari on monday night did anyone say Yes! Batista got the DQ no question but at last somebody shut them two up. I know alot of it is show. But that was really a great answer to HHH challenge. I wished though maybe Christian and Flair might have gotten laid out like them.

I just read that Terry Funk turned down a $10,000.00 offer for the ECW pay-per-view. I'm pretty dissapointed, as he is one of my favorite wrestlers ever. However, Terry is having some knee problems again from the last time that I got to talk to him. Thats probably why he won't do it, or there could be other reasons...Oh well, Mick Foley is due to appear in one way or another for sure.

I heard Funk had a choice between the ECW reunion ppv and another extreme event that was scheduled a week or so before. He contemplated doing both but decided if he did the ECW gig after his prior engagement, he wouldn't be doing it at 100%. So he chose to skip the ECW ppv.
I'm wondering if they plan on resurrecting ECW on a permanent basis or if this going to be just a one time deal.
I'm think the ppv $$ numbers should tell the tale.
I'm not sure if WWE should spread itself so thin, but on the other hand they have so many talented wrestlers on their pay-roll with no story line or angle. Its almost a waste of great talent.

I am well aware Hassan got a DQ win but i i were him i wouldn't get to cocky for Batista's mood may not get any better for a while. All that aside . Where do you think some wrestlers will end up on Monday Night. The first round of Vinces monthly draft.
I doubt they will switch Batista, HHH and Kane on Raw.
I'd like to see maybe a Trade for The Undertaker or The Big Show. Also I'd like to see A one time match with Batista and Goldberg. Even if he Goldberg is out pf that buisness. Is Test still wrestling. HIm and an Edge fude might be ok if Test came to Raw.
Anyone know (or care) what's up with the Chris Master's storyline?
I'm wondering only because after the incredibly stiff match with Steven Richards (that put him out of commission), they started the whole "Masterlock Challenge", and he didn't wrestle anyone.
Either it was punishment for the sloppy match vs. Richards, or they were planning on have something going with Richards to begin with. The reason I say this is Steven Richards was Masters' first ring match since... Steven Richards.
It's been a while since I last saw RAW. I've been really busy at work lately. Yes Chris Masters. An impressive physique though I'm still trying to make my mind up whether is Master Lock is even that impressive of a finisher. I was hoping that Val Venis was gonna kick out of the hold. He sure made a brave attempt though.
And I agree about Triple H. He's been at this for years. And it's getting old. As old as Ric Flair. Batista looks great with the belt. I hope he keeps it for a while. Why can't Hunter take a break for a while? That's what we all want from him. And I like Batista's new revamped theme too.
When is the ECW PPV airing btw? I really don't want to miss this.

Hmmm Interesting Spoiler I found.
Batista could possibily win the HITC Match
Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com is reporting that the July 11th RAW Taping to be held at the Continental Airlines Arena in East Rutherford, New Jersey, will be headlined by WWE Champion John Cena and World Champion Batista teaming up against Triple H and John Bradshaw Layfield. This is the first time both brands champions will team up since the brand split in 2002. No word on if the match will be televised, or will take place as a dark match for the live crowd.

Yessss, I was hoping that Val Venis would get out of the Masterlock. It would have set up a perfect feud between Venis and Masters, and plus it may have gotten Venis back into the spotlight a little. Oh my FREAKING GOSH people, I'm sooo excited right now! My good friend and ex-travel partner Trevor Rhodes (Stan Dupp from TNA) has landed a WWE developmental deal!!! I'm really excited for Trevor, and I'm SOOOO proud of him. He has been doing this business for about 9 years I think, and was one of Harley Race's first graduates of the academy. I trained many of hot summer days in the ring with Trevor, got the priviledge to travel with him and meet his family and become good friends. What an honor. :) I'll have to post some pics up sometime of Trevor and I on some of our old road trips. ;) I can't wait until he makes his way onto WWE television!!! Here is a link below, and you can check out another site for the info as well.

Hopefully they treat him a little better than his brother.
To tell you the truth, I enjoyed him as Golddust, but enjoyed him just as well with him being Dustin Rhodes.
In fact I think it would be really cool if they created an entire "Rhodes Stable" with Dusty, Dustin, and Trevor. Kind of do an "invasion" angle.

^^^ That would be a very neat idea DangerMouse. But the last time that I did talk to Trevor he said that his dad might not ever have anything to do with the WWE again. Anyhow, I think that Trevor probably got alot of help getting his contract from Ted DiBiase because back in May, DiBiase was at a WLW show and then shortly after that, Trevor got his WWE match on Sundat Night Heat. Some of you may recall me talking about that a few weeks ago, and I bet that WWE was impressed with his match. Afterall Trevor was good enough to work for TNA as well and did a VERY great job in his role there as a hillbilly character. :)

I really wish they could think of a way for HHH to go to Smackdown or figure out a story line for HHH that doesn't involve the title.
Like maybe an Undertaker stalking angle.
Also, predicting a Lita/Edge split. One of the two will go to Smackdown.

^^^ I couldn't agree more about Batista going to Smackdown and the Lita/Edge split. I see a Lita and Edge split up in the near future, I think that it was a small angle that would only last so long. I think that Lita will head over to Smackdown and they will give another woman the spotlight on Raw for the women's title when Trish comes back. I think that Triple H should go over to Smackdown as well. Lets give other superstars the spotlight on Raw, and obviously one of those superstars will be John Cena and I think the other will be Randy Orton when he comes back to Raw. I can see a John Cena vs. Randy Orton feud coming if Orton doesn't get drafted to Smackdown. Good chance that Orton and Batista both get drafted to Smackdown and start a feud as well. There are alot of surprises coming in the near future I think. Anything can happen, and I think that we might see a favorite commentator switch spots too.

This is why I loved ECW. They weren't afraid to say anything but most importantly they told the truth. And sure, parts of it were fake but those chair shots, cheese graters was all real. Hardy Comments On What Happened At The ECW PPV
Date Added: June 13, 2005
Story By: Tim Brown
-- After hearing about all of the support that the fans gave him at the ECW PPV, Matt Hardy posted his thoughts on the show at his official website. The following is what was written by Hardy on his website:
"What's up everyone? I got about 50 calls tonight from people buzzing me on the ECW crowd being all over Adam's @ss about me and the Paul E plug. After reading a couple of reviews of the show, it reminded me of why I loved ECW so much back in the day. Spontaneity. Controversy. Not being afraid to break from "the formula." A lot of truth and honesty rolled into the "entertainment" aspect of pro wrestling. Regardless of how predetermined or not Paul's two (or three) words were - "Matt frickin' Hardy," I respect him and thank him for going there. It popped me when I heard. Paul Heyman is a truly amazing individual when it comes down to him having his fingers on the pulse of the product. I respect his contributions to the business and wrestling mind greatly. I also respect the ***** out of the New York fans--more specifically, the more educated, can't be insulted, we'll call you out on your feces fans. When it comes to performing, there's nowhere like NYC and the New Yorkers. As always, I thank everyone for their support--be well."

JBL sucks and I hope he gets fired
http://blog.myspace.com/thebluemeanie
Once the ECW/WWE brawl started I paired of with Coach and I felt a punch come from out of nowhere. My first instinct was to hit back BUT I also had the issue of trying to protect the 14 staples I have in my head. I got some rib shots in the best I could but he got the upper hand with going to my face, opening a fresh wound on my forehead and swelling my eye.
All I saw was red as the blood fill me eyes and I believe it was Maven I pulled on top of me to get him to "choke" me. After he got cleared out guys came up to check on me and we went on the other deal with Austin and Bischoff and the big post brawl party in the ring. As F***ed up as what Bradshaw did, the crowd reaction had me so buzzed that I didn’t feel anything.
I got to the back and Bradshaw was in a part of the gorilla position. He came over like he was going to do something else but people got in between. He was yelling about me talking about him on the Internet. The rest of what he said I didn’t hear cause I was too busy saying, “Yo, it’s a work!” and “Dude, the business is a F***in work!!” So I did the best thing anyone could ever do in the situation and just walked away.

I couldn't agree more. I like JBL as a wrestling personality, but his backstage "fame" isn't so great and his in-ring stiffness is well known. I personally think that he should be fired, because this isn't the first time that he has done such things and been warned by WWE higher-ups. I can clearly remember the German incident when they were overseas and JBL did the nazi salute to rib the German fans. That was uncalled for, first off. Then his backstage bullying shouldn't be allowed period. Backstage ribbing is usually alright, because I even rib other wrestlers backstage at our shows, but its not bullying in any shape or form. Its all in good fun, but bullying wouldn't be tolerated.

****, he could flirt with Lita. She seems to be sticking her tongue down everyone's throat nowadays. Am I the only one that finds this wedding gimmick with Edge in extremely bad taste considering how the real situation went down?
When she came out tonight I said "Well the ****s about to hit the fan." And it did, big time. Sometimes I wonder about WWE's creative department. What the hell are they thinking? I mean, yeah, it's good that they ended the Kane/Lita marriage thing but then bam..she's right back in another disgusting angle that could have REAL ramifications.
Am I overreacting or did anyone else gag?

well they were going for the gag effect the last couple weeks with Edge, so they simply going to the limit with it, plus since marriages never end well on raw, im ok with those 2 getting married.

It makes me gag as well Rogue and I think that its wrong of them to do this angle. I agree 100% with you, and I wish that it would just end. Its sickening and brutal on Matt Hardy's feelings, I'm sure. Lita is such a freakin' *****. I'm all lost for words on this....its horrible.

Angle kicks serious a**. Probably one of my favorite wrestlers as he can make everyone he wrestles look good.
I was actually hoping last night would be the beginning of a HHH/Angle fued (that doesn't involve a title belt). Angle doesn't need a belt in order to carry a successful and entertaining feud (unlike HHH). Maybe Hunter could learn something from Angle.
But I have a feeling they are going to keep Angle a heel.
On a positive, I'm getting the feeling Angle coming over means HHH is going to Smackdown. But the future match's announced has me wondering what they're planning on doing.
HBK stays to feud with Angle, and the HHH/Batista feud ends with the Hell in a Cell match. Hhmmmm.
Not quite sure what they're planning on doing with Cena as the Christian/Jerico/Cena triple threat match features Cena vs some glorified mid-carders. I'm thinking they might have Cena just kick some serious a** as it doesn't make sense to have him gain so much on Smackdown, only to go back to a mid-carder on RAW....unless its just temporary to send Jerico out and give Cena something to do until the end of the draft.
Who does Cena feud with though? That's the big question. They wouldn't dare have HHH feud with Cena would they?

I have seen him "shoot" on younger wrestlers and lose his temper with them. Thats ok though, he is just correcting them and making them NEVER mess up their match with him again. LOL

The other day on UPN, they showed a promo commercial for a show that's going to air on Thursdays this fall. The show is called "Everybody Hates Chris".
Is the WWE planning to shorten Smackdown, or air it on another day? If in fact the WWE is going to shorten Smackdown, that would explain why Cena was traded to RAW.

I'm sure a good place to start would be to first make sure it airs on a network that everone gets.
I only know what's happening on Smackdown from the recap shows. UPN is so small, Smackdown is in syndication. So it doesn't air everywhere within the United States.
I could easily see Smackdown become a mid-card show.
Anyone hear if UPN is dissatisfied with SD's ratings?

I think Batista, Benjamin and HBK stay. Then i will be happy. At first i didn't like Batista but i think it would be stupid for Beshoff to get rid or Batista. I see him striking a deal to keep him. Does anyone think Latino heat or Booker will be next and maybe The Big Show and Taker for the last pick. If The Undertaker comes over. Maybe it will be on anight were edge challenges the new member whom ever it is. It turns out to be Kanes brother. I'd love to see Taker Drill Edge after the pay per view. It's possible that the WWE will want Randy Orton to feud with Rey Mysterio (that is, if he doesn't get traded to RAW), or Shelton Benjamin gets traded back to Smackdown. Pretty sure Smackdown! is their most watched program or one of them. I don't see the real logic in moving it to Fridays. Probably the best counter programming of the week, considering all the shows it goes against on Thursdays. But it fills a hole on Friday, and has a somewhat loyal audience. But its probably going to hurt the ratings. Its like moving RAW to Tuesdays, fans are used to Thursdays.

Benajmin was on Smackdown for a while before Raw. They have Orlando Jones already. As a Raw star both Batista and Benjamin deserve to stay on raw. I say get rid of Kane and Edge. Keep Ortan and bring the Under taker and Booker T to Raw. I'd get rid of Jericho before Benjamin. This is my preferance only. It's not the fact that I don't have a relation to Matt Hardy or Edge's (soon-to-be former) wife, it's the way they're handling the situation. And as someone said, Kane is just a doll named Matt Hardy and if anything they killed the whole "Marriage angle" when Hardy's music played.
The point is they're not handling this professionally. Before Monday, they were doing fine with handling it. And even IF someone in the WWE wanted it to play, Edge and Lita should have stepped up, showed some class and said "No, it's disrespectful to what happend." It was basically a spit in the face to Matt Hardy and all the fans who've supported him.
I swear I hope they just get Edge's title shot out of the way and have him lose to Batista. I'll turn off RAW if they make him champ (because IRL, Batista would stomp his ******* in 8 times.)

Now, that on the other hand doesn't bother me as much. For the fact that if your in the wrestling business, you have to expect some shooting going on. Its not right if the wrestler is a bully though all the time. But if a wrestler doesn't like another wrestler for some reason, then when they meet, they should both expect confrontation and some ACTUAL shots. I can't count the times that a guy named Billy Ray has shot on me and actually hit me during shows, and tried to hurt me. It wasn't taken as lightly from my boss though because the guy was known for doing it to alot of younger wrestlers. I don't think that Billy will be back for another show. Damn right, I did. Took me a while too but it worked. We just gotta work on the techincal aspect of it now.
Speaking of which...what are ya'lls favorite moves?
I was watching Raw the other night and I realized that I have a soft spot for the Northern Lights Suplex. Any time I see one I'm just like "niice" hehe. It's not a devastating move or anything it just rocks. I love Victoria's Widows Peak too - next to Jazz's finisher it's easily the most brutal female finisher in WWE. Looks like it'd really wreck your knees if done wrong.

Call me crazy, but I always loved Goldberg's "spear". But not when it was done in an obvious way. When he was first starting out on Nitro, they didn't build it up as much and it just came out of no where.
Of course the "Stone Cold Stunner" never gets old, and neither does the "Tombstone".

My five Favorite finishing moves are still to this day. The Stone Cold Stunner, The Rock Bottum, The Batista Bomb, Even though you hate HHH Pedigree it is my fourth favorite finisher and so is the Spear. NOt the Edge or Ryno versions but Goldbergs crush your ribs Spear.

I have to agree Rogue about the Northern Lights Suplex. I have a soft spot for that move too, but it does hurt when executed in the ring. ;) Also, I love the Texas Cloverleaf but you don't really see that submission much anymore. I also like the belly-to-belly release suplex. That one always gets me going!!!

Bob Backlund's "chicken wing" (dude just went all mental)

Batista's "batista bomb"
Brock Lesnar's "f5"

2. The People's Elbow
3. Five-Star Frog Splash

The problem I have with The Pedigree is not the move itself, it's the time that Trips takes to execute it. By the time he finishes tossing his nappy ass hair around, you could have countered out of it.
Don't get me wrong, wrestling is all about suspension of disbelief..but I can't suspend mine that long. He takes too damn long!!.

I saw a little kid give it to another at some park, and it was just amusing..
1.) Powerbomb (a perfect powerbomb brings a tear to my eye)
2.)Tombstone
3.)SuperKick
4.)Stunner(just burnt into my brain)
5.)Pedigree
Sid back in the day did some great Powerbombs, (im one of the 5 people that miss that guy)
I really miss tag team finishers.. we some great ones back with Hart Foundation and other various tag teams. any combo finisher i approve of.

I think Batista after last nights win is kind of to big to be let go from raw. I see them getting rid of Jericho and Christian before Batista or HHH. Carlito is a heel now but Benjamin should have beaten him and that could make him turn. I Could see him as new member of Evolution. Who will be next to raw is my question? Is there two or one pick tonight on raw.

Big time shockers for this weeks smackdown...the two picks are 1)Christian....and here where the shock comes from....2) Batista!!!...apparantly they are wanting him to feud with JBL...does ne one else think that this is going to be amazingly stupid? So does that mean then, HHH will go for John Cena? Orrrrrrr supposedly Hogan is on next weeks raw for the Cabanna, will he be going for the title once again?

When I saw Big Show on RAW last night, the first thing that popped into my mind was "Feud with Batista", otherwise why would they bring him over?
If Batista is going to go to Smackdown, it makes no sense, hence the reason why it'll probably happen.
What happens with Big Show then? And why have Batista feud with JBL when it appears he will win the "Smackdown Title"?
If Batista does go over to Smackdown, I see HHH once again playing title "keep away" from John Cena and basically ruining a great run by Cena and turning him into a mid-carder.
He might be a great performer, but I have never wished so much to see HHH re-injure himself and make it permanent.
I guess this goes to show the fact that HHH is not capable of being the calibur of wrestler or personality of Kurt Angle.
Angle can not only carry a good match againt virtually anyone, he can carry a fued that doesn't involve a title and make it as interesting as the story lines that involve a title.
Without a story line that involves a title, HHH is nothing.

Any feud with HHH and Cena would result in the opposite. HHH's ego won't allow it.

Agreed. HHH is only a big name because of who he sleeps with. Rock and Austin are two of the best because not only could they hold their own on the mic, they knew how to wrestle. HHH knows three moves total: The knee, The atomic drop and the Pedigree. I've also noticed he's only halfway decent when he's in a stable. In D-X he was awesome (and even then, it's because he had good support of the Outlaws and the quasi-underrated X-Pac), in the Kliq he was good, and in The Four Horseman II...er..Evolution he was EEHHH. I feel alot of the heat Triple H has is not because he's the "heel", but because people are just sick of him. Hell, he's not even the top two heels the WWE has (I feel Carlito and Angle are.)

Rene Dupree went to Raw and Sylvain Grenier went to Smackdown? That was kind of a dumb trade if you ask me. Except, I guess Rene might team up with Rob Conway now. They should have stuck both of those French idiots (Rene and Sylvain) on Smackdown to spice up their tag division. I would rather Rob Conway go on as a singles wrestler. Kenzo Suzuki coming to Raw really sucks. I don't think that he's a very good wrestler. As for Danny Basham, he's one uggggly man, but he can wrestle at least. Chavo Guerrero looks to be a good addition to Raw though. About the Smackdown trades...I'm not happy to see William Regal leave Raw, but then it might be a bit of a benefit for him, he might get more time in the ring on Smackdown. Candice, WHO CARES?! And Trish will probably fight Victoria.
While SummerSlam is the second biggest PPV of the year, I think they'll save Cena vs HHH for next year's WrestleMania. Edge like him or not, the fans hate him and would pay to see Cena defeat him now rather then later. Have Edge win in a rematch at Unforgiven (help from Lita) and then have Cena win it back at a Survivor Series Elimination Chamber Match. Can really start the Cena/HHH feud then. HHH has been in all the RAW Title matches this year, time for a brief break.

Angle has always been one of my favourites, especially as heel. Christian seems like the next heel to turn babyface simply because the fans want him to be. I can see in the near future (possibility) that Edge and Christian meet at a PPV both being champions of their respective brands.
SummerSlam 2005
???
RAW:
Cena vs Edge
Angle vs HBK III
Big Show vs HHH
Shelton vs Carlito vs ?
SD!:
Batista vs Christian
Orton vs Taker
JBL/Hassan vs Benoit/Booker T
If Christian becomes a face I'd be open to it. I'd like to see how he works as a face.
SummerSlam Predictions
WWE Title: Cena vs. Edge
World Heavyweight Title: Batista vs. JBL vs. Christian
Randy Orton vs. The Undertaker
HBK vs. Kurt Angle
Intercontinental Title: Carlito vs. Rob Van Dam

I would totally love to see that!!! Christian as a face...I like that idea. :)
So Batista is on Smackdown now? And when did Jericho turn heel again?
And it was cool to see RVD back on Raw. Alright we're gonna get the Mr Monday Night monicker once again.

Me too. His character is PERFECT for it and I bet he'd be one of the top faces in the WWE.

Y2J didn't "Turn" heel necessarily.
And I cannot wait for RVD to go back to Mr. Monday Night.

Does anyone know why they have been having Hogan on Raw. Besides the obvious story lines with Shawn Micheals. Also does anyone see a future new Evolution. Will HHH recruit new lackys so he can get another title. I bet Shawn Micheals will turn Heel one day for he's been clean for quite a while.

As much as I really hate to admit this. Since I have so much anger for Edge right now, for what he did. I bought his book the other day and I have to say that its actually pretty interesting, and it has some good backstage stories and such.

A local bar here has trivia every Thursday at 8 and it's become tradition for me and my two closest pals to go there. We're pretty cool with everyone in there.
