This is a thread about the NOES remake

I am excited to see what the new freddy is like. But as for the movie, I think its going to suck because its platinum dunes. They had a great chance to make friday the 13th great again and they turned it into A cheap party movie with grown men fighting over girls and acting like they were in highschool. Worst casting in a movie ive ever seen.
I know that the partying weed and booz propaganda aspect is pretty much the most common formula in a slasher flick but cmon it wasnt even done right and its 2009 and its supposed to be a REMAKE.
Seriously michael bay needs to stay away from horror and go back to his SPFX movies and explosions.

If this was being done by another film team i'd be very very excited..I really do hope its good, but I cant set my hopes too high for this film.
