can't think of this vampire movie

OK so I'm new to the Forum but not new to the site. But I have a Vampire movie I would love to watch again but cannot remember what its called. All I can remember is a few details. The Vamp is captured in a old hospital or school and tied down on a bench type thing surrounded by U.V lights and they have the Grains everywhere so that he wont leave till he counts them. Of course he eventually escapes. But I cannot find this movie or remember what its called. Anyone out there remember what I'm talking about? Pretty sure it was within the last decade.

Perhaps it was Chinese film? One of the Chinese vampire myths involve a legend where the vampire has to count any grain of rice that comes along, so keeping a pile of rice beside your bed is often ample protection, as they'll have to stop and count every grain before proceeding.

I believe that there are several Chinese Vampire films, but I'm not terribly versed in any of them, so I don't really know which film this could be.

I used to be a bit of a vampire fanatic and read every book I could get. There is definitely folklore that speaks of a certain type of grain [not just rice of Chinese legend] that you can throw in a vampire's path. He/she would then be required to pick every piece up [one at a time] until proceeding after you.
