Personally Resident Evil 1 (remake or original although remake is better) is superior to 4 and MGS1 and MGS4 are so close to call, FF8 is better than 7 but I know I may be in the minority with that view.

yes, its like a court room game where you pick differet options to fight your case, like choosing to present certain evidences and certain situations. Also with some cases I think you can help with getting evidence, I only played one of them, its quite good but takes time to play, but Street Fighter is a classic.
