Anyone watch it last night? Any thoughts? I thought it was pretty decent, it had some camera work flaws for me especially concerning the action sequences and jumping around so much (how in the hell do these cops get into their cars and chase the bad guys so quick?). I dunno, it has possibilities, but some definite plot irregularities (good guy cop has a secret past?!!) and a lot of depth to build into the characters.

On a side note I thought it was interesting that a few of the bad guys were ex-mercenaries from Blackwater and then to read that Blackwater lost their license in real life that same day for losing eight civilians in a fire fight

It had some good acting from Anthony Anderson and an alright view on Katrina but besides that it was kind of by the books, nothing too special.

It really was a tough one to bite into. I mean the acting was decent and the script writting was mediocre. I guess I just wanted to see if they could make a good drama set in the aftermath of a major catastrophy (like Rescue Me did with 9/11).

I had it on Tivo and finally watched after Survivor last night and I was really dissappointed. I think Anthony Anderson was in 99.999999999999% of the show which hurts development of the secondary characters.

Also how in the hell could Cole Hausers character just escape from prison and magically join the service? That was something I kinda had a hard time buying into.

Is it sad I saw William Mapother(sp?) name and the credits and I yelled out" Ethan is on this show!!"

Hey, this is a damn good show. I'm really surprised. Anthony Anderson has some serious acting chops.
