Some people thought that yes some people also liked it, but "To each his own" I happened to like it :applaud:

They should do a "Hannibal Lecter Saga" box set. With all 4 movies in their chronological order. Each film should be a 2 disc set and be packed with extras.

In terms of this movie, i agree with some comments. Revealing too much about his past made him less scary and therfore diminished all the later films. It would actually be scarier if Hannibal had a nice childhood but still cut people up and ate them. Why destroy the mystery surrounding him, the mystery makes him more frightening. There is no need to do some Batman Begins style prequel, it is pure hollywood and Thomas Harris should have known better than to write it.

I mean what next a Hannibal sit-com starring Tim Allen?

Anyway, if you did enjoy it, cool, just not my thing.
