I'll start:

Let's get it on! (Whichever way you wanna take it.)

Shoot him/it!

Can I buy you a drink??

Hello!

Goodbye!

We did it!

I loved him/her.

I do!

Watch out!

Be careful!

****!

This is my friend....

I'm gonna getcha.

Did I do that?? (No credit to Erkel.)

Only technically: "Cut!", "Action!"

"That's gotta hurt"/"That's going to leave a mark"

Makes me cringe every time.

"Buckle Your Seatbelts!" which sometimes includes "It's gonna be a bumpy ride!".

Makes me cringe every time.

Lord in heaven I hate that.

Also:

(shot of guy drinking milk)
Woman character: Ummmm....that's breast milk.
(guy spits up milk........hilarity ensues)
(Doomsday walks out of theater, looks up home address of screenwriter, murders screenwriters' family)

(shot of cop/secret agent/random hero walking into superior's office)
Superior: You're late (insert hero's name).

It doesn't really matter why the hero was late or what he was doing before, he always happens to be late. Even if he gets in a high speed chase and theoretically should have arrived at the office even EARLIER compared to him driving at the speed limit, he still is late.

Funny you should say that, I've noticed that recently too. I can only name two times it's happened, but that seemed like too many to me. It was in "Look Who's Talking" and I saw it recently in the Season 6 DVD set of "ER".

Meet the Fockers, Little Man, Full House, and those are just off the top of my head.

Don't forget the breast cheese from Borat.

Anyway:

"Drop the gun. (person hesitates to drop gun) .... NOW!"

"We had him, and he slipped through our fingers!"

"You're/I'm/We're just lucky you're/I'm/we're still alive."

"I'm/We're going to end this, once and for all."

"Game over, (person's name)"

Because it was in the preview. Come on, give me a little credit here. ;)

I also want to add a scene, not necessarily lines:
The good guy will have a gun pointed at the bad guy (or a knife, sword, arrow, whatever). It will see as if he's going to kill him, but oh contrare, he puts it down to show that he's a better man than the bad guy. After that it leads to one of two things, the good guy walks away, or when the good guy turns his back the bad guy pulls another secret gun then the good guy whips around and smokes him. This is one of those scenes you can honestly see coming halfway into the movie.

Well, It's not really a line, but the ol' kick to the crotch has got to the most overused thing in movies.

"I came out of retirement for this!"

"You've not heard the last of this"

Here's one I want to hear more in movies:

"You lucky bastard" (In a kinda drawn out cockney accent). I love it when I hear people say it in movies, oh the irony

"___________ is revolting."
"Yes, it is/they are, aren't they?" -- Black Sheep, Chicken Run, Dragonheart

Any climactic scene in a movie where someone has had to recover to get their skills back, in which at the very end when presented with what is probably the specific reason they had to recover in the first place, they do something (like shooting at them), miss the first time, pause, shut their eyes, concentrate, and do it again properly.

John Cleese?

John Cleese?

Anytime a non-British actor/actress tries to say "bastard" with a fake British accent, I usually throw up in my mouth a bit.

Haha maybe it's because it sounds like "bostid" as opposed to "bastard." Come on, it's a short A in bastard, not an O.

Freeze!
Let's do it!
Open the door, its the police! (and variations thereof)
Don't make me shoot you/Don't make me do it/I don't want to have to kill you (again, variations thereof, almost always followed by the actor shooting/doing it/killing the person).

The cop suspension is a pretty common one...

"Hand over your badge and gun", or something to that effect.

"Is he/she/it dead?"

If ever anyone says this then the chances are high that it most definitely is not dead.

If we're talking about two liners...

"Do you believe in God/heaven?"

"Yes, ..."

There is no freaking way anyone will ever answer this question "No" when it's always asked at a pivotal moment of a movie. Like when a group is about to make a last stand or something. Just once I'd like someone to say "Well, No. I'm an atheist"

"See you in hell."

"I'm a spy." (Other person laughs)

if that ever happened in a movie....be it a spoof or for real....it would trump any other movie ever made. Jbond, thank you sincerely for giving me that great image that literaly made me 'lol' ;)

I took that from a script I'm writing...some day. ;)

If I'm really, really, lucky...maybe it'll be a real line one day. ;)
