With an all-new era of video gaming in full swing, retailers will quickly be cutting the quantity and diversity of game titles for yesteryear's systems.

Everyone knows which games were hits. We know what games sucked. But what about the games that hit under the radar? We usually don't discover the true value of great titles until they're no longer available on the common market.

This thread was made for the sole purpose of informing others about these great games. Keep in mind, we're not here to debate what sucks and whatnot (There are plenty threads like that already.)

Games should be for:

Gamecube
Xbox
Playstation 2
or Gameboy Advance

For starters: Playstation 2

God Hand (A 3D semi-first-person beat 'em up with a classic Double Dragon feel and a bizarre sense of humor)

Seven Samurai 20XX (Melee action at it's finest. If you enjoy slashing through an army of robots with a lightsaber, this is for you.)

Samurai Western (Wicked action game with a contemporary anime style. Heavy Ruroni Kenshin/Trigun influence.)

Victorious Boxers 1 & 2 (Based on the manga "Hajime No Ippo" These boxing titles capture the true feel of the sweet science like no other game around.

Gamecube

Virtua Quest (inside this cliche' anime cookie cutter is an engaging platformer that allows you to utilize a vast assortment of trademark VIRTUA FIGHTER moves. Also Available for PS2.

GameBoy Advance: Wade Hixton's Counter Punch (Want PUNCH OUT for GBA? This game hits damn close to the mark with brilliant animation, wacky humor and a secret special punch called "The Family Jewels".)

Dragon Ball Advance Adventure: Another lousy DBZ game? Hardly. This awesome action platformer was developed by TREASURE and offers endless amounts of unlockable moves, playable characters and a full-on SF style tournament mode.

XBOX: Shenmue 2. (Yeah, you've heard of it. Some say it's good, some say it's bad. I think it's a masterpiece. Anyone who liked Yakuza for PS2 will love this full-roaming martial arts RPG. Buy it new to get a free DVD, "Shenmue: The Movie".)
