Well I know I sound like a dork but my fav kind of music is ...Broadway showtunes!!!!!!!! I feel like a dork cause I have "The Producers" on my Ipod!!!!!! Dont worry Im not gay I just love them for some reason! Am I the only dork here who likes them?

I like music. And some of that music would be showtunes. I love a good musical now and then. And liking Broadway showtunes doesn't make you gay-- being on Broadway makes you gay. Ha! ;)

It's not gay to like showtunes. That would be like calling someone gay just because they like Queen,Judas Priest, and David Bowie. Sure Mercury,Halford, and Mercury didn't swing the hetero way a lot (even though Bowie later went hetero) but that doesn't change how great their music was and what great vocalists they were.

My girlfriend LOVES showtunes. So I'm warming up to them myself...won't listen to em on my own, but I dont' mind em anymore.

I have a BA in theater. ;) I almost have to like them. Granted, there are some I cannot stand (Oklahoma for one), but there are a lot of really good musicals out there.

I love show tunes - I was in most of the musicals in my old high school
I had most of the extra lines in Fiddler on the Roof. I was the Mayor and Voice of Ed Sullivan in Bye Bye Birdie, Alfred P Doolittle in My Fail Lady, and Horace Vandegelder in Hello Dolly.
I went to a very small school - my class had about 65 people
