Sony plans to release an extended cut of The Patriot with ten more minutes of footage. Although it will have the same special features as the old disc.

I didnt pick up the first expecting a 2 disc extended version to come out soon, Here I am along time after watching it on tbs(which is bad) so I'll be picking this one up.
