Whatever! They're already dead... Oil is just decomposed bio-mass! So there's a little bit of dead Dino in every tank of petrol.

If the cats are already dead, I don't see what the deal is, but 20 cats for 11 gallons? Is he really finding THAT many dead cats on the road? I would think he'd end up HAVING to kill them sometimes, otherwise it would take so much time and work to go out and actually FIND the dead cats.

Presumedly of course he could use any dead animal, so I'm curious why cats are the only thing mentioned. It can't be that cats simply have this special mass that helps more than any other animal, that's just silly.

Now, is it true? No where in the article does it verify if his mixture actuall works. He could just be making claims out of his ass.
