Who do you think will get to the playoffs. Or past the playoffs. Better yet...who are your MLB World Series 2005 picks? Just because I am such a huge fan of them...I would love to see the Houston Astros get there. They don't have to win I just want them to at least get to one in the next 3 years. Hopefully this year.

What are your thoughts on this topic...please post

AL: Red Sox, White Sox, A's, Yankees (Wildcard)
NL: Braves, Cardinals, Padres, Florida (Wildcard)

World Series: Red Sox and Marlins

Astros have a pretty good starting rotation that could do some damge in the playoffs. They've done well to even get back in the race after their horrible start.

ick...i had a joke last year about an astros fan, cardinals fan, red sox fan, and a yankee fan that was pretty funny

What was the joke?

A red sox fan, a yankee fan, an astro fan, and a cardinal fan were looking over a steep cliff. The 4 got to talking about theire favorite baseball teams. Eventually the red sox and yankee fan got in a fight. They were arguing about which was the most passionate for the game. And to prove his opinion, the red sox fan took a deep breath, yelled "THIS IS FOR THE RED SOX!" and he jumped off the cliff plumatting to his death. Well, the yankee fan was pissed so he yelled "THIS IS FOR YOU YANKEES!" And he too, jumped to his rocky grave. Well then the cardinal and astro fans got to talking and got in the same argument. So the astro fan took a deep breath and with all his lungs could handle yelled "THIS IS FOR THE ASTROS!"....and he pushed the cardinal fan off the cliff.

Hahaha, I like the part with the Yankee and Sox fan...but with the Cardinal fan... :nono: Hehe, THIS IS 4 THE CARDINALS!!! ;)
