T.V. Shows You Wish Weren't Canceled But Were

What are some shows that got canceled but you loved them. Some for me are, Dead Like Me which lasted 2 seasons and was on Showtime, and Greg the Bunny which lasted 13 Episodes and was played on the canceling kings, FOX. Luckily for both of these shows, all of there episodes were released on DVD. I wish more people would have watched them, they were awesome. Espescially GTB, if your feeling sad, go and watch Greg the Bunny. It will cheep you up every time. I suprised it got canceled also. It had Seth Green, Eugene Levy, Sarah Silverman, and puppets!

Family Guy is far from an average show there bud. Few shows get cancelled and picked up again by the original network.

Yes yes, Wonderfalls. I recently finished the season on DVD and literally cried because I knew I wouldn't get anymore.

I don't really blame FOX for cancelling smart and awesome tv shows (ahem, see also Firefly and the near-to-death The Inside). I just blame them for giving their shows horrible timeslots. Wonderfalls was Fridays at 8 and so was Firefly. And it's been proven these were great shows. Both were critically acclaimed, and both have done amazing sales on DVD.

And if anyone hasn't catched either of them, the Sci-Fi Channel is re-airing every episode of Firefly on Fridays, and the new channel LOGO is going to begin airing every episode of Wonderfalls soon.

I know! O man, i was so bummed when it was cancelled. i love Life as we know it and thought the premise of the show was smart, real and true. And just as it was about to get interesting ABC cancelled.

It was already signed on for a second season but i read that parents thought the show was too sexual. (i guess it had something to do with the teacher student storyline) but I still love LAWKI.

DVD is coming out before the end of this year and all the episodes of season 1 will be on it :D

Northern Exposure. Sure it suffered when Rob Morrow left, and they pretended he was still there. But after the finally said good-bye too him, and introduced his replacement, I thought the show was still a good nights viewing. Worth one more season at least.
