Well it look's as if a new TMNT movie is coming out in spring 2007. I'm not that excited about it because I was really hoping for a new live action movie instead of the CGI one. I'm sure I'll still see it but a live action movie would have been much better and would probably make more money. You can read more about the new TMNT movie here. www.comingsoon.net

This is fascinating news. Mind you we've been promised this before and nothing came of it. Next big news will be to hear what audience and rating they are targeting this at.
TMNT, Transformers, we just need a new He-Man movie and my life will be complete.

Those cartoons were one big part of my childhood, would like to see them on the screen again.
But, CGI version of TMNT would cost a lot of money! Just think of it, turtle fighting, talking, simply put: having a turtle in 70% of your footage would cost a lot. And having 4 of them even more! Not to mention the bad guys...

CGI or live action, I really don't care at the moment. Fantastic news since I loved the cartoons and watched them religiously. Hopefully they'll do it right.

There's a new He-Man movie planned for 2006. It should be directed by John Woo.

Its a classic cartoon, one of my favorites. And it use to play in the 80s.
If you want more info on it click here (http://www.he-man.org/cartoon/cmotu/index.shtml).

Exciting news to say the least. If it's as good as the new animated show, it should be amazing.

If they can make a desent transformers movie then ninja turtles should be easy. I think old prime from the 80 cartoon series should be the voice in for optimis prime in the live version of transformers. As for ninja turtles they should get most likely good comedians.

If it's close to the comics, then i'm sure it'll be a Hollywood remake of the NEW TMNT, not the originals (cos' the new TMNT are the ones most children know of).
Plus, although the originals were cool, it's the new ones who would look absolutely cool. The new show's pilot was original done in CGI, so it already works.

I don't watch the recent ones. I used to watch He-man when I was about 3-6. So I guess that would be around 90-93.

They could easily make the talking parts live action and the fighting CG. Like Underworld.
