Well I wanted to say Wouldn't let frizzo swim there, but I miss-typed the "n't" part. But after some consideration, the reason that the water park is so gross is probably due to Frizzo taking his bi-annual bath. So maybe he wouldn't mind swimming there, it's his own infestations.
