Just wondered if anyone here wishes a certain book they read or something they are writing that you want to see on the big screen?

After I finished reading Nelson DeMille`s "The General's Daughter" I tought what a great book, somebody should make it to a movie and what do you know few years later somebody did. Unfortunately the movie isn`t as good as the book :(

The one book Ive always wanted to see filmed is Luke Rheinhardt's THE DICE MAN- Director John Schleisenger (Midnight Cowboy) tried to make it in the mid 70's but because of its extreme Chuck Palhunik (Fight Club) and Bret Eaton Ellis (American Psycho) like subject matter, ultra violence and sex the studio backed out.
