First off i dont know if there is a thread for this game yet. ( so sorry if there already is)
Ok anyway,is anyone eles really looking forward to this game???

that game looks amazing
i will be getting this for PC :D
I'm really hoping this will be a great game. I remember reading about that Shellshock: Nam '67 being so realistic, but it didn't quite turn out that way.
I thought it was going to be like medal of honor, with a T rating and no blood...i'm glad it's an M (hey, if you're making a realistic war game, it better be bloody).
I hope the action and strategy combine to make some seriously fun gameplay. One thing I really want done right is the AI. I read that there's no scripting events, and it will be like the enemies moving around realistically no matter where you come from. The enemies have it's own leader, and it gives the other AI enemies orders, just like the way you give orders to your AI. I'm really hoping that this turns out well, and the AI will be very smart.

well if you want blood, this game have limbs and stuff being shot off in explosions....
looks to be a good war romp :D
the AI in this game are supose to be one of the smartest AI ever! because they react to what you do. also they just dont sit there and wait for you to come and get them, if you stay in a position for too long the enemy will come and get you!

I bought Brothers in Arms for Xbox yesterday and it is possibly the most amazing ww2 fps ever made.

i cant wait for this game to come out in NZ on march 15!!!! ign loves it and i trust ign not gamespot...
im buying it for the PC, better graphics!! and i suk with the controller, im more of a mouse-keyboard person
is the A.I. really good? apparently the best one so far was either resident evil 4 or was it half life 2....

The best A.I ever must the the counterstrike bot for CS 1.0 haha.
*bot walk towards a door*
*stops at door*
*stands still trying to litterally walk through the door*
*doesnt work, but the bot keeps trying*
Or this one:
*bot meets a friendly bot in the middle of the field*
*they walk towards each other*
*they get "glued" together*
*they stand still just looking at each other untill they are killed by an enemy*
Now thats good A.I :P ;)

i read some reviews and apparently the AI is good but not great...
i've read that the AI is very good, but there are some flaws in it. but overall it's very smart.
i'm just waiting for it to come out for pc. march 8th i believe..?
i am waiting till i get some money, iam currently broke. justgot my first car a few moths ago, and money goes fast once u have a car....

It looks pretty good so far. It's been getting really good reviews for the Xbox version, but it looks like several sites are waiting for the PC version before finally reviewing it.
I figure if it's seemingly outstanding on the Xbox, it'll probably be just as good if not better on PC. Despite all this, though, I'll probably still wait for more reviews before I pick it up.

i have seen some video of this game and the only thing that troubles me is that the enemies have HUGE red cricles over there head for an enemie and its health, but i mean that seems to take away a sence of the reality of it....I rounds wather not know how much health they have left....surely you didnt in real life and i have never seen such a tactic done on other war games i have played, medal of honor, call to duty

I haven't played it yet, but I think you can turn those off. It helps you, but if you want a challenge and want it more realistic, you can turn them off in options.

I think I might actually buy this next week for the PS2. It looks pretty cool, but I'm not sure if I want this or DMC 3(circut city is selling it for $39.99)

THe game is so realalistic(sP) and it's a lot different than medal of honor. YOu actually have to use strategy and it's not just a regular shoot em up

Well if it says it on their site, they may just be back stocked and won't get anymore to ship out till the 17th.

actually those read things over there head stand for how much the enemy is likely to come out. WHen it's grey it means that you have supressed them enough.

I'm not sure. ALthough IMO it's not that big of a deal. I think you need them so your able to send guys to attack around the area. It's not like all the enemys have it over them. It's just above the area around them. The game is still pretty hard from what I hear

PS2 first person shooters suck. Always have IMO. Killzone and Red Faction were good, but other than that...

but thats how you have to be, and if a game gets a high score on there, then you know that it is a good game, not a sucky one.
