I wouldn't read too much into his comment about younger actors playing Jones. All he said was, "no problem, but Indy 4 is mine," which is essentially another way of saying he doesn't care if somewhere down the line another actor takes over, but he's not giving up the role yet. It doesn't really hint that they are considering another actor, and it doesn't reveal anything about Lucas' or Spielberg's thoughts on the matter.

For me, the most significant comment was "no doubt about it" when asked if there would be an Indy IV. That sounds like a sure thing.

Cool. My biggest concerns are how the character is handled and the story. I still have some reservations about Ford's age and health, will he still be able to pull off the physicall demands of the role but then not much is known about the project yet. With everyone that's involved in the upcoming movie, I shouldn't be too worried though. I have no problems with Indy being recast with a younger actor down the line, River Phoenix proved that it could be done.
