View Full Version : The Guess the last movie I saw Game

This is a game I drempt up, it could suck, but I'll give it a try. Every time I see a movie, be it on video, in theaters, on t.v. or other I will post a little clue on here as to what it is, then you guess what it is, guessing it righ gives you 1 point, first to 15 points takes over for the next 15 points. Any clue could be the answer for more then a few movies, but only one specific one will get you points. For example If I watch Star wars a clue I give could be "Movie with a death star" or "movie that shared auditions with "Carrie"" or "Movie with the Quote "it was a boring conversation anyway"" there are many movies that could fit those, but only one will work.

I'll start with hints for the last four movies I saw after that I'll post them as I see them

The First four movies:

1. second movie to bring together Robert Taylor and Elizabeth Taylor

2. movie that won the most competative catagory of the 1999 oscars (not nessearaly Best picture)

3. movie based on an Ernest Thompson play.

4. stock footage of this movie was used in "The Green Mile"

finding the answers by using IMDB is both allowed and encouraged

It isn't a bad idea, but it is too much work to do for a trivia game.

Agreed and the Movies Drac loves are very artsy and have high quality and a lot of CSer's don't watch those.

They are more likely to get hints from movies like these

"Movie that featured the Kid on the TV series "Sidekicks" with Gil Gerard and a once popular SNL performer who works mostly in Adam Sandler Films."

"Movie based on the Marionette Series created by Gerry Anderson";)

Just a general hint, I've been trying to see every best Picture nominee in oscar history, currently I'm focusing on the nominees of the 1970's. a lot (but by no means all, or necisarily many) of the movies will fall under this distinction.
