Thats Zakk Wylde...former guitarist for Ozzy, and now the singer for Black Label Society. ;)

Actually he still is the guitarist for Ozzy. At Ozzfest 2003, he played with Ozzy's band and Black Label Society. But this year he only played with Black Label Society because Black Sabbath played with Ozzy this year.
