Phil Joanou directs and Tristan Patterson is the credited writer.

This movie should be interesting...who do u think shuold be the other cop?

When I saw the words "Ashton Kutcher as a cop?", I knew it would get worse from there. He can't act and he's not funny. Comedy or drama, I think the only way this film can work is if the other actor can carry it.

48 Hrs Is a Cop and an ex-con it's not two cops.

And I think he's sick of the Mismatched Buddy movies in general not just two cops mismatched.
That would include a lot more films.Most starring Own Wilson.lol.;)

Dude, its just buddy cop and the mismatched pair in general that are overdone. Its an overused formula. If you want another example, Taxi comes out in september, and thats the same deal. And that looks bad enough, the reason you can't name any is because there are so many that are forgotten. I just remembered that one with harrison ford and josh hartnett, mismatched cop movies are usually bad, so this will most likely be bad too.

That's be cool if there was an overweight blakc police chief, who halfway through the film calls em' into his office, and DEMANDS their badge and gun...and then says 'you're getting too involved, Im giving the case to someone else'...Oh gosh, thatd be so edgy.

Kutcher, like Matthew Lilard, Josh Hartnet, etc are just more forgettable young actors noone will care about in a year or so.
