I've seen the trailer and I didn't think much of it.

I don't know much about the project, but it seems like they want to get money off a well known franchise.

Exorcist was great IMO, one of a kind. Never has a movie creeped me out that way, its very intense too. I doubt this prequel will be as scary but i can imagine they will try...and fail.

I just recently rewatched the Exorcist, or really its more like a first viewing because I didn't really remember anything about it. But this is a great horror movie, I've yet to see the sequels I will get to those before I watch the prequel. But there is no way it could ever compare to the orginal, it could come close, but that is even doubtful. But, I will see it in theaters nonetheless.

this means nothing but early speculation is saying that it could be a scary movie. the mpaa is making them change things about he movie and trailer cause they are too scary and they said know and now only have to chnge the trailer so the scary stuff is still in!!!

No I live in Canada but the fact that this will flop We only have A 10 Cinema Theatre so they may get it but only for a week.

This one could go either way in my opinion. I liked everything in the first one except the ending, which I thought was ridiculous.

This looks more suspensfull then the more modern horror movies. I don't think the "kids" will like it, but it looks creepy as hell.

Most people who like "horror" movies nowadays prefer gore, and cheap "jumps". But then again, I think the original Exorcist is one of the scariest movies of all time.
