Uh, dude, I already made a thread on this a while back. If you can't find it within the next few pages, just look it up in the Search. Simple as that- and it saves server space when you don't make duplicate threads

Most in the theatres is ROTK. I don't remember the exact number but it was in the double digits lol. On DVD, that would be the FOTR EE. That will probably always be the highest because its been out longer than the other two parts and I can't just watch one. I have to start with FOTR and then the next time I watch LOTR it will be TTT, and so on and so forth.

Fight Club, about 30 times
The Crow, maybe 20 times
Bloodsport(yeah the old JCVD flick), minimum 20 times
Dragon the Bruce Lee story, about 15 or 20 times

those are the movie I can watch over and over

When I was a really small child I watched Marry Poppins religously over and over again, most times back to back to back to back.

That was when I was a small child though. Currently I'd say the two films I've watched many times, because they probably tie, has to be The Crow and The Silence of the Lambs. I love those movies.

Ghostbusters

When I was a kid, I must have watched this every weekend for a few years...literally...loved, loved, loved this movie.

Still do. When I rediscovered it at 15, it was a whole new movie...

I think Aliens. I've lost count of the number of times I've watched it. I wore out my VHS copy of the special edition. Thank goodness for the Quadrilogy.

After that, probably Twice Upon a Time because I watched it so much as a kid. Gotta love cartoon characters who swear. And Lorenzo Music :(

Hm. I would also say Star Wars, probably ANH. I tend to pick my favorite movies and watch them over and over so it's hard to say. In theaters, though, it was Pirates of the Caribbean.

The Goonies...over 100 times...

Probably The Empire Strikes Back

It was an addiction of mine for several years of my childhood. I used to act out the scenes as they occured on screen. Pathetic, yes, but damn fun.

Like I said, its because its out first and when you own both LOTRs you can't watch TTT without watching FOTR first lol. So no matter what FOTR will have the most viewings.

On home video: All the Star Wars movies far too many times to count.

And if you enjoy watching a movie over and over, then you aren't really wasting your time, unless it's interferring with something important, like a job or something, IMO.

Its your opinion that that person wasted that time but if your doing something you enjoy and its not hurting anyone else, then it is not a waste of time. And no, watching a movie I love over and over never gets boring, I will never be bored of the LOTR movies.
