I was watching Les Miserables today with Liam Neeson and Uma Thurman. Now granted this movie came out before Kill Bill(a.k.a. before Uma became a badass) and so she was used to roles that called for a "whore". However, looking back on it after Kill Bill, she seems TOTALLY out of place in that film. It's as if we see Bruce Lee as the computer nerd in one of his early films. Well those that understand where I am coming from please respond and the rest can g_ f_ck th_ms_lv_s.
Would you like to buy a vowel?

I think Uma was pretty much a badass after she played Mia Wallace in Pulp Fiction.

She was a bad ass in 1997 as poison Ivy, this preceded Les Mis by a year , also that year she was Emma Peel in the Avengers, which she was also a bad ass, the movie sucked a lot of ass but she was a bad ass in it.
So your pretty much wrong , she wasn't used as a whore all the time.
