It's a sad day in the production of this movie when they have to start relying on a POTC writer to try and craft an original and great script. (I know that sounds like a dig, but it's not. I really like POTC) What I mean by that is, IJ wrote all the rules when it comes to adventure movies. POTC, while not a rip-off, did play by those rules. What's with the circular logic?
Is this new IJ movie going to play by the rules of a movie that was following its lead? If so, this movie is in a more dire state then I at first thought.
