Anybody Explain To Me??

I dont ecpect this to be a long tread, i just need an answer...ok, in thunderball, bond is driving away when he is attacked by a guy in a car, but then the chick on the motercycle blows up his car, and bond gets away. Why did she blow up the assassins car and help bond escape if she works for SPECTRE? Who was the person in the car shooting at bond if he didnt work for spectre? Anybody help me on those questions??

The character in the car was Count Lippe. An agent of SPECTRE.

In short, Lippe messed up big time and was eliminated by the girl on the bike who was sent by SPECTRE to kill Count Lippe.
