This is a new Quote game, by me! which films are these from?

1. Phil? Phil Connors? Phil Connors, I thought that was you. Now don't you tell me you don't remember me 'cause I sure as heckfire remember you.

2. First guy= I don't understand, where does all this come from? How do you get funding for something like this?

Second guy= You don't actually think they spend $20,000.00 on a hammer, $30,000.00 on a toilet seat do you?

3. Violence and technology... not good bedfellows!

4. Is this coincidence, or are you back on the case? If so, goody-goody.
