 Barton Fink is on DVD...assuming you mean the Coen Brothers film.
Try Amazon or eBay or basically anywhere to find it, it was a new release last year. It has interviews with the cast and trailers.

Hot on the heels of Fox's official announcement for The X-Files - The Complete 9th Season, comes word from the studio of price reductions on all 8 previously released season sets. They are all going to be marked down to match the recently-announced price for the Season 9 package, so that every season of The X-Files will be available at the new lower price. On May 11, 2004, Fox Home Entertainment will reduce the list price of every one of these to $99.98 (US$)/$139.98 (CAN$)!!
So look forward to a lower SRP of $99.98 in the US, and that means discounted "street" prices that ought to scale drastically downward (probably under $80 easily, and thrifty shoppers can probably find them for $65-$75 with a bit more effort).

What i dont under stand is that here in england the x-files dvd box sets are about £70- £80 where as the 24 box sets are just over £30! They both have the same number of discs ( i think) and are both from fox...whats the deal with that :|
I want....
Batman Special edition box set, Even if they did it like indiana jones and had a sepatate disc with documentarys ( however i woudl like a commentary on each of the films) i would be happy. apprently theres a longer cut of forever!
The frighteners, droid has told me of all the extras on the laser disc and i want them :(
The big lebowski Special edition (and any coen bros movie that hasnt had the special edition treatment)
Beetle juice special edition
Blade runner collectors box set with both versions and lots of extras!
and pretty much every jim carrey movie!

When it comes to prices of TV dvd sets, I believe it has to do with how much it cost to produce the shows. Shows with more special effects will be more expensive than shows with fewer special effects. I've never watched 24, but I assume it has fewer special effects than X-Files, though you can't convince me that it cost a whole lot to produce X-Files.
I'm glad X-Files is coming down since I plan on getting all of them someday, but $100 is still a bit much. I'd be lucky to get one season a month, or rather every other month.

Short Circuit was discontinued, though if you look on Amazon it says a new one will be released on March 23!! I am also looking forward to this. And As for Short Circuit 2, there is a DVD of it, and I found mine at the local Toys R Us for only $7.99

Does anyone know when Timeline will be out on DVD? The other show I would like to see out on DVD is the original Wild Wild West TV series.
