I bought the Blues Brothers, a month ago. I was watching it today, for litearlly the first time..And i noticed that like the movie, it looks like it kind of freezes or looks like it is going in slow mo. But only in 3 parts, and it lasts for like 2 seconds, but what could this be?

does it always do it in the same parts of the movie?
if so it looks like there is something wrong with your disc. take it back for a refund.

the only time you should see a pause is half way through the movie when there is a physical layer change on double layered discs. i dont know what format Blues Brothers is though.

it does it in the same parts, bu ti read a thing on amazon, it has a 3 star out of 5 rating for picture, It says it something about digitalyzing or some **** like that, so ig uess its normal. i dunno, it seems normal tho..

here we go

Picture Quality: 3 (5 is the highest rating)
The picture quality on the dual layered, anamorphic DVD, is often dark and dull, with colors that generally lack clarity and definition. The DVD suffers from weak, undefined blacks, but colors are subtly natural. Lighted exterior scenes appear more natural than interiors. Images are generally wanting in sharpness and detail. Minor noise and artifacts are apparent, appearing slightly digitized in some scenes. The anamorphic and letterbox aspect ratios are matted at 1.85:1.

It is the layer transfer of the movie that you are witnessing. Some DVD PLayers handle layer transfers better then others. My old DVD would freeze for about 3 seconds but on my new DVD player I don't even notice the layer transfer of the movies I know have a layer transfer.

The only part that confuses me is that he says it freezes multiple times, but of course, a DVD only has to layer-change once.

That was a little confusing to me as well. But the layer transfer was the only thing I could think of. The multiple part I don't know though.
