Indiana Jones: Raiders of the Lost Ark
Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom
Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade

What do you guys think is the best one? Hopefully this hasn't been posted before.

Crusade was stupid, Raiders good but aimed at older audeince, Temple was perfect for the age I was wen i saw it first.

watch it with my kids now. temple wins hands down.Cant believe people rate it so poorly!( and dont mention how speilberg doesnt like it!! its too dark etc. is tired argument.)

I actually liked Raiders the best because the story was a little better organized than the other 2, and although I like some cheesyness in Indiana Jones, Temple went a bit too far with it. All three are still good movies though.

Well, to not like a movie just because Speilburg didn't like it is a stupid reason, though I doubt that's what the argument is about.

I liked Temple, but not as much as the others. Raiders wins for me.

No, I know no-ones asking me to subscribe to their point of view! I was goin off the general consensus going back years not a few posts on here!. Also wouldnt be arrogant enough to declare it as 'our view' either.

What about ridiculously cheesy and far-fetched parts in last crusade like hitler bit, indy jousting against machine gun, Brody becomin a comedy sidekick, fake bookcase at top of spiral steps (unforgiveable)? Story was better for raiders, I agree. But temple is just too much fun.

Dont want you to subscribe to my point of view, but you can concede to it if you like.

At the moment, Raiders wins, followed by Crusade.

BUT, when they were released in the movies, I was too young to really "get" Raiders (I was about 6 years old), and I was the perfect age to enjoy Temple of Doom (about 9 or 10 years old, I think.) So I loved Temple of Doom the most at the time, and Last Crusade ended up seeming like a let-down.

Regardless, Raiders always had the best opening sequence. The boulder easily beats a nightclub and a circus train.

I think Raiders kind of edges them both out...

I loved Temple..it was the first one I saw, maybe thats why, plus that woman, Willy, she was so perfect for the role. Second is Raiders, and I am sorry, but I didnt like Last Crusade at all, it almost felt like....well lets just make this and get it over with...but thats just MHO.

I didnt say it was bad, I just didnt like as well as the other 2, it felt rushed, or incomplete, or like they were trying to fit in too many obstacles..or something..I dunno...just didnt have the "feel" the other 2 had.

I think I know what you mean. The story kind of feels all over the place, and as a result, it's the hardest to remember clearly after you leave the theater. It's like they tried to stuff a few too many locations and adventures into it, and it just doesn't hold together as well as it could have. Still, I enjoy it a lot (and, in a way, it has an advantage by being more forgettable than the other two-- at least when it comes on TV, I don't remember EVERY SINGLE LINE like I do with the first two!)

I just saw it yesterday night.Bloody brilliant.

I love the part when Indy threw that Nazi guy out of the window and says,"No ticket."

That was hilarious.

Though it was close to 2.5 hours long, the story flowed and it didnt feel like 2.5 hours at all.I like this movie the best.:)

Oh man, definitely Last Crusade. That's easily one of my favorite movies of all time.

Raiders was pretty good too. Never was too big on Temple of Doom for whatever reason.

Last Crusade & Temple are toss ups for best. I think Crusade was more entertaining with Sean Connery added to the mix...so my list looks like this:

(1) Last Crusade
(2) Temple of Doom
(3) Raiders

I'm scared about this new one, they better do it right!
