A&E LOTR: ROTK special (not the behind the movie)

This was on last night and they showed a clip (post production) of Gimli & Aragorn killing that Sloth look-a-like orc. The Orc Commander was on his knees and Gimli swung his axe into the Orcs' stomach and Aragorn plunged his sword into the Orcs' side.

There are a lot of goodies to look forward too :D

Did anybody see this? I'm looking for a re-run and keep you posted.

I was half asleep while watching this boring program but i also noticed the scene where the elephant orc dies.

I saw it! I was lucky, I just happened to pass by the channel as it was starting. And yes, I saw that part with the orc commander. There were a couple scenes they showed that weren't in the TC. This time the EE really will be a completely new movie. There will be no way I will be able to watch the TC again after I see it lol.

Anyway, I want to see it again! It really should just how passionate PJ was about the movies. I mean 28 takes just to get the correct subtle feeling that is conveyed when Gandalf smiles! PJ is the best!

this was on last month before ROTK even came out it was an ABC prime time special. it was good though.
